My only suggestion would be to train your installer how to weld properly. Instead of a blob of welding it should be a smooth bead . Nikki is super to work with. I have worked with her on numerous projects .

I was impressed with the service I received from the beginning when Dave Ball wrote the estimate through the end. My first contact was with Shayana who set up the appointment for the estimate and also resolved the glitch with the payment. Denise confirmed everything the day before the install. I also spoke with a young man in the office when I called about the payment. Sorry I do not remember his name, but everyone was professional and respected my time. Donas, the installer, showed up early on the morning as promised, worked all day then came back the next day early in the morning to finish up. The fence is as solid as a wall, and I love the smell of the cedar. When it was completed, I realized why the company name has custom in it. They were not panels just attached, every plank was individually attached. I even enjoyed watching the process. Donas is an expert and very humble!!! I am so happy with my fence, thank you. I would gladly recommend Buzz Custom fencing to anyone who is in need of a new fence. I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and much success in business.

Nicki was knowledgeable regarding fences and materials and listened to our "unique" requests to determine how to best accommodate us. She was present when the crew arrived and stopped by a couple times during the day to ensure quality installation and handle any issues. Buzz Fencing also worked with us regarding the install dates as this is not our primary home. It was a give and take on the scheduling, and we all came together for the install date!! Highly recommend Buzz Fencing and Nicki! They honored their pricing from bid to close and provided us with a warranty.

Repair a 23 year old wrought iron powered swing gate

With a major crack in the casing, and the gate inoperative, it was about time the motor and drive spindle were repaired. A quick phone call to confirm an assessment appointment, parts ordered and when the parts were in - a quick hour & a half repair had the whole thing working again. Three different personnel tended to my needs (4 if you count the office help) - and all were cordial, efficient and keen on getting the job done. Kudos to Buzz Fence; they’ve been our go to for fence/gate issues for 25+ years.

Mr. David Ball from Buzz Fence was very courteous and respectful. I was considering extending my fence so he happily gave me two estimates, which meant that he to put more time in measuring both jobs. The fence is very high quality. He also made sure that my two new gates were strong enough to withstand my dogs jumping against it. If you need a new fence, I would highly recommend Mr. Ball and Buzz Fence.
